• Account information: Your email address and basic account details when you install Numeross or contact support.
• Shopify store data: Orders, revenue, product data, and transaction fees via the Shopify API — only after you explicitly authorize the connection.
• Cost data you enter: COGS and handling fees you configure for your products and variants.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and general app interactions to improve the product.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate the Numeross app
• Calculate your net profit, margins, and cost analytics
• Send product updates and early access communications (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Improve the product based on usage patterns
• Respond to your support requests

We do not sell your data. We do not use your store data for advertising.

4. Data Sharing

We share your data only with service providers necessary to operate Numeross:

5. Shopify Data

Numeross accesses your Shopify store data solely to calculate profit metrics as requested by you. We request only the minimum permissions required. You can revoke Numeross's access to your Shopify store at any time from your Shopify admin under Apps.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law to retain it longer.

• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
