• Account information: Your email address when you sign up for early access or create an account.
• Shopify store data: Orders, revenue, product data, and transaction fees via the Shopify API — only after you explicitly authorize the connection.
• Ad platform data: Ad spend data from Meta, Google, and TikTok — only after you connect those accounts.
• Cost data you enter: COGS, shipping rules, and custom costs you configure in the app.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and general app interactions to improve the product.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate the Numerous app
• Calculate your net profit, margins, and cost analytics
• Send product updates and early access communications (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Improve the product based on usage patterns
• Respond to your support requests

We do not sell your data. We do not use your store data for advertising.

We share your data only with service providers necessary to operate Numerous:

• Cloud infrastructure providers (for hosting and storage)

5. Shopify Data

Numerous accesses your Shopify store data solely to calculate profit metrics as requested by you. We request only the minimum permissions required. You can revoke Numerous's access to your Shopify store at any time from your Shopify admin under Apps.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law to retain it longer.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time
