Does this replace my manual profit calculator?
Yes. Numeross gives each connected store its own profit report, monthly quota, and optional top-ups under one login. Switching stores switches the data and plan state you are viewing.
How accurate is the data?
Accurate to the cent on what Shopify gives us. We pull live order data directly via the Shopify API — no estimates, no rounding. The more accurate your COGS entries, the more precise your net margin gets.
Why switch from spreadsheets?
Spreadsheets are static and manual. Numeross updates profit reports from synced orders and your cost inputs. Change a COGS entry and the report recalculates without spreadsheet formulas. If it is not useful, uninstall — no contract.
How long does setup take?
Install from the Shopify App Store, let your available order history sync, then enter COGS for the variants you want tracked. Sync time depends on store history and order volume.
Can I track my ad spend?
Yes. You can enter your Meta, TikTok, or Google ad costs directly in Numeross — they're factored into your net profit calculation per order. No OAuth connection required. Direct ad platform integrations are on the roadmap.
How much does Numeross cost?
The plan is free for up to 1,000 orders per store each month. A merchant can explicitly approve a $15 Shopify one-time purchase to add 5,000 orders to the selected store for 30 days.
